Sugar crystal swizzle sticks are used as an elegant alternative to normal granulated sugar or sugar cubes in the hospitality industry. The product is mostly used in five star hotels, up-market restaurants and venues and at functions, such as weddings etc.
Rockafelas has recently become the first company in Africa, to develop a range of coloured and flavoured rock candy. Rock Candy is essentially the same product as sugar crystal swizzle sticks, but is marketed as sweets/confectionary, to an entirely different age group, namely, children and teenagers.
